is putting together a brochure for visitors who are either physically or mentally challenged. Last week I went to the museum to get pictures for the brochure, and this little girl was so adorable. She never stopped smiling.

The #139 bus to Lakewood...

well, let's just say I'm not a fan of the bus. I photographed a first birthday party this weekend out in Jersey. Getting there was fine, but the bus going back to Port Authority broke down 10 minutes into the ride. Nice. The woman sitting across the aisle spoke almost no English, and didn't know WHAT was going on. She called a friend and handed me the phone, so I could explain the situation, and the friend could translate. Another bus came a half hour later, and we were on our way. Could have been worse. The party itself went by so fast. It was little J's first birthday. Martin the Clown entertained the kiddies with some juggling/balloons/face-painting/limbo/magic...he was WORKING!



I thought that the family had the whole restaurant to themselves, and that's what the Mom had thought too. Turns out that the restaurant booked another party for the same time, so the 2 parties had to share the one room. It made shooting a bit tricky, but it all worked out.
